University isn’t for everyone, but you can still take the first steps towards a rewarding career by joining us as an apprentice in health and social care.
Whilst working towards your Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, you will earn one of the highest apprenticeship salaries at £8.30 per hour – that’s twice the national rate for apprentices. And, with opportunities to work in our wide range of adult care services across the region, you’ll be gaining great hands-on experience, too.
Once you have your qualification, our charity actively encourages and supports our employees to progress in their chosen career with us, if they wish, with opportunities to work in senior roles or care management.
