It’s official – according to our residents St Catherine’s Nursing Home serves the best ice cream in town!

Who doesn’t love an ice cream on a hot summer’s day? Our residents at St Catherine’s Nursing Home certainly showed they did this weekend.

In our true ‘your wish is our command’ style, we took delivery of our very own ice-cream truck to give residents a sweet treat. “That’s fantastic,” beamed Nancy “what a wonderful idea”.

A big thanks to our chef Colin, who volunteered to be ice-cream man for the day – he did a fantastic job and passed the test. Same time, same place next week Colin
