Our Marketing Manager, Nicola and Fostering Manager, Sheila, are celebrating 13 years since they first met at interview at our Charity.
On this day 13 years ago, Sheila was Director of Care and interviewed Nicola for the role of Schools and Parish Liaison Executive, with Nicola being offered the position on the same day.
Fast forward to the present day and Sheila has chosen to return to direct practice as a social worker, leading our Fostering North East team and Nicola is now heading up our marketing team.
“I’ve never looked back,” said Nicola. “I’ve worked in a variety of roles that I’ve absolutely loved and had the best support from our Charity.”
Here’s to another 13 great years.
