There’s nothing like a bit of home entertainment when the weather is being far from spring-like outside and our residents at our home in Alnwick found just the thing to chase away the wintry weather.
With the help of their karaoke machine, everyone was soon warming up their voices with cheery songs like, ‘My Girl’, ‘Livin’ on a Prayer’ and ‘Dancing Queen’ and enjoying a bit of an impromptu house party.
“No-one could resist a good dance along, too,” said home manager, Susan, “so the chilly weather outside was soon a distant memory.”
Knowing our residents, there must have been some Elvis hits in there, too!
