Lasting friendship has been voted the best Christmas gift by two of our Holy Cross residents who have known each other for over 60 years.
Mary and Joan have been inseparable friends for most of their lives and love nothing better than reminiscing about the times they’ve spent together. And, now they’ve both moved into our Holy Cross nursing home in Sunderland, their cosy chats can continue.
“I feel like I’ve always known Joan,” said Mary, “and it’s wonderful to have her here at Holy Cross with me.”
