‘Every Little Helps’ says the Tesco slogan, but it was more than a little donated to help the Alan Shearer Activity Centre. A huge thank you goes to all the staff at the new Tesco Express at Chapel House in Newcastle for their generous donation of £500.
St Cuthbert’s Care’s Deputy Chief Executive, Moira Ashman and Centre Manager, Rob Molineux were invited to officially open the new store with a ribbon cutting ceremony, and gratefully accepted the donation during their visit.
For Rob this was a very pleasant final duty as manager before he left us to begin a new life with his family in America, where he hopes to open his own business.
