The Alan Shearer Centre is counting on our supporters to vote for us to receive a £3,000 bank reward.
The centre has been nominated as one of Lloyds Bank’s local causes to receive a payment in its community fund contest. Any funds won would be used to buy an interactive sound wall and musical waterbed which would benefit children and adults with a range of profound disabilities and sensory impairments.
“Everyone at the Alan Shearer Centre is absolutely delighted to be on the shortlist for the Lloyds Community Fund 2013. The additional equipment will extend the range of therapeutic and sensory facilities we offer and make a genuine difference to the lives of everyone that uses the centre,” said services manager, Jackie Dunn.
