Human resources staff are sifting through dozens of job applications, this week, after almost 100 jobseekers visited our recruitment fair on Friday.
St Cuthbert’s Care opened the doors at our West Road head office last week to potential employees for roles at our care services across the region.
“We had 94 visitors,” said Director of Human Resources, Geraldine Martin, “There was a constant stream of people and now we are busy working through all the applications.”
Representatives of Fostering North East were also on hand and took details of those visitors who expressed an interest in a role as foster carer.
