Fostering North East staff will be out and about this spring to highlight the benefits of becoming a foster carer.
On hand to answer queries about caring for children who are unable to stay with their own families will be members of our fostering team, when they travel to Teesside in April. They will be setting out their stall at Tesco Extra, Durham Road, Stockton, on Tuesday 8 April 2014 from 10am to 3pm.
If you are interested in finding out more about becoming a foster carer and are unable to get to Stockton you can call for an informal chat on 0191 228 0111, text the team on 07870 861 088 or visit the Fostering North East website and use our online enquiry form.
The team is gearing up its campaign to recruit carers in the run up to this year’s national Foster Care Fortnight which starts on 12 May.
