One of our green fingered Holy Cross residents has been planting some summer flowers to make a pretty display at the front of the home.
Brian Phillips has spent an afternoon potting up some pink and crimson petunias for the balcony patio area at our Sunderland home for all our residents to enjoy.
Last November the home’s gardener, Gordon McKee, received the award on behalf of Holy Cross Home in the Best Religious Establishment category at the Sunderland in Bloom competition. And with the help of residents like Brian we hope to make prize-winning good showing again this year!
