Popular musical duo, Jiva, is booked for another performance at our Newcastle care home this July.
The appearance by entertainers Jim and Val on 17 July is part of a varied programme of events organised for the month by St Catherine’s activities coordinator, Richard Dobinson.
As well as regular sing alongs, games, exercise and reminiscence activities, Richard has arranged a special day of events and talks by armed forces personnel on Friday 18 July as part of our First World War centenary commemorations.
Family, friends and residents are all invited to come along to the home and test their wits at a quiz night on 23 July while Wendy Chin will be making routine visits for her popular tai chi sessions.
