It’s never too early to make plans for Christmas so activity assistants at our Sunderland care home have already made a booking for a festive treat!
Holy Cross residents can look forward to some yuletide entertainment following the successful appearance at the home of One Act Productions performing a summer “pantomime”.
The theatre company presented “Alice in Summerland” a humorous performance with larger than life characters, great singalong music and, of course, audience participation.
“It was great fun. All the residents and visitors enjoyed the show. It was a big success,” said Holy Cross administrator, Alison Hutchinson.
“Residents were still talking about the show for the next few days and asked if we would rebook them,” she said.
So, due to popular demand, local company One Act Productions will be back at Holy Cross later in the year with another fun offering.
