Just as Princess Charlotte was being born on Saturday the Alan Shearer Centre was holding its own festivities in honour of some little treasures!
Our princesses were accompanied by a band of pirates as we staged a treasure hunt with clues leading a trail around the Centre’s sensory rooms and out into the gardens.
Everyone celebrated when the search led the party of pirates and princesses to the booty – a basket of chocolate goodies for everyone to share.
This Saturday, 9 May, we’ll be feeling sporty at the Centre as we hold a sports day with games, races and activities for all abilities – and, of course, prizes for everyone!
Call the Centre on 0191 267 8118 to book your place or for more information about the event which kicks off at noon.
