If you’ve ever thought about fostering, our friendly Fostering North East team is visiting Sunderland on Tuesday, 10 November and would love to meet you.
Pop along to Holy Cross Nursing Home on Ettrick Grove for an informal chat with our team members between 11am and 2pm. There will be plenty of information for you to take away and you can ask us any questions you might have about fostering, too.
“People might think they are unable to foster for one reason or another, but our carers come from all walks of life,” said our Fostering North East Manager, Sarah Croft. “It’s always worth coming along for a chat with us to find out; you may be just the person we’re looking for.”
If you’re over 21, have a spare room and think fostering might be for you, we offer excellent financial allowances and first-rate training. Our carers also have access to a dedicated member of the team 24 hours a day.
