Our fabulous grounds at Holy Cross are real winners – and that’s official!
Once again, Holy Cross Nursing Home has come top in the Sunderland in Bloom Awards for their gorgeous grounds and gardens.
Our home was the winner in the category for Best Religious Establishment and gardener, Gordon McKee, attended the awards ceremony at the Roker Hotel in Sunderland earlier this month where he was presented with a certificate and trophy to add to our impressive collection.
Pictured with Holy Cross manager, Cynthia Agbo, Gordon is thrilled to see the home acknowledged with an award for another year and said he felt proud to represent Holy Cross at the ceremony.
