After a three week festive break, some of our Holy Cross volunteers returned to find their ‘polished’ skills were as popular as ever with residents.
Armed with their emery boards, hand creams and nail varnishes, our friendly volunteers transformed tired hands and dull nails in no time at all with their special brand of tlc.
“Our ladies love the pamper sessions and they’re always so well attended,” said Activity Co-ordinator, Clare Quinn who loaned her own talents to help volunteers meet demand. “I think we can safely say we had lots of satisfied customers who can’t wait for the next session!”
