This week is student volunteering week, so, if you’re a student looking for a volunteering opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
We have a wide variety of roles across our services – from helping out in our extensive gardens or visiting our nursing home residents to lending a hand on our 5p Bus clothes distribution service.
“We always try to match people with the best volunteering roles for them, so they can have the best volunteering experience possible”, says Volunteer Co-ordinator, Nicola Milne. “Even if people aren’t sure what they’d like to do, I can talk through what’s available and work with them to find the best match. We’d particularly like to welcome any young people who are working towards their JPII Award.”
