As next week’s Foster Care Fortnight brings the need for more foster carers into even sharper focus, our Fostering North East team is launching its very own Facebook page to make it even easier to find out more about fostering.
The page will be used to post information, encourage comment and, hopefully, find even more foster carers for children and young people around our region who are desperately in need of loving homes.
“Our website enquiry form is well used and we regularly travel the region to find local foster carers,” said Fostering North East Operations Manager, Joann Gibson. “By adding a dedicated Facebook page to the variety of ways people can get in touch, we hope to attract even more interest.”
