Our charity has a huge variety of volunteer opportunities and, as we’re in the midst of Volunteer Week, why not get in touch and sign up to give your time to help others.
Our rewarding volunteer opportunities range from taking time for a chat with some of our elderly nursing home residents or accompanying them on outings, to more active pursuits like gardening in our grounds – we even have a shop run by volunteers in our Holy Cross Nursing Home in Sunderland.
There are many things you can try your hand at and we always do our best to match your location and interests to the opportunities we have available.
Volunteer Week is also a time for thanking our current volunteers who give their time so generously; you really do make a difference to people’s lives.
