Volunteers Week – A time to say “thank you”

National Volunteers Week is the perfect time for us to say a massive thank you to our own team of dedicated volunteers.

Our volunteers give precious time to help us to offer support and friendship to many of our service users. From gardening and other activities, to a cuppa and a natter, sparing someone a small amount of your time can make a big difference in their life. Thank you to everyone who has been kind enough to help us over the last 12 months.

This Volunteers Week we are specifically looking for people to help with refreshments in our nursing homes. Can you spare an hour or so to help with our tea trolley, offering our residents refreshments and a little chat?

If you feel this is something you can help with, please contact Nicola Milne on 0191 242 4809 or email her at – enquiries@stcuthbertscare.org.uk

She will be delighted to hear from you.
