Support Worker

Salary: £12.30 per hour. Plus £68 payment per sleep-in.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week over a 7-day rota.
Location: Drake House, Newburn, Newcastle.
This role also attracts a Welcome Bonus of up to £350.

As a Support Worker within our Independent Supported Living service, you will:
- Provide support to our tenants to develop the essential life skills they need to live as independently as possible in their own home.
- Support our tenants with day-to-day life skills, such as taking care of their homes, shopping and cooking.
- Encourage community engagement and support our tenants to maintain friendships and interests, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
- Communicate effectively with the people you are caring for.
