Deputy Manager

Salary: £33,000 per annum.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
Location: Holy Cross Nursing Home, Sunderland.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager for our nursing and residential home for older people in Sunderland. The successful post-holder will support the manager with every aspect of the day-to-day management of the home by leading and directing our staff team, adhere to CQC and Charity protocols as well as actively contributing to training and staff development.
We require a highly motivated, and confident individual, who has extensive experience working with older people. The successful candidate is likely to possess a Diploma Level 5 Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification and be able to use their own initiative.
A full driving licence and use of a car for business use is also necessary for this role.
