Operations Manager

Salary: £30,000 per annum.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
Location: Holy Cross Nursing Home, Sunderland.
You will support the Registered Manager with the efficient running of all non-care related functions within our 56-bed residential and nursing home in Sunderland.
This is a demanding and busy role which requires:
- Effective organisational skills
- High levels of customer service
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Management and direction of the administration function of the home
- Management and direction of housekeeping, maintenance, decor and the professional image of the home, maintaining high standards at all times
