Support Worker

Salary: £18,665 per annum.
Hours of Work: Part time hours available over a 6 day rota.
Location: The Hub@Parkhead, Ashington.
We have an opportunity for a creative, caring and outgoing support worker to join our day centre in Ashington.
Working as part of an established team, you will provide support to adults with learning disabilities to develop social engagement and practical living skills through fun-based activities.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience and knowledge of working with people with disabilities
- Be compassionate and caring and willing to undertake all personal care tasks
- Be understanding and considerate to different needs, choices and wishes, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity and respect
