Residential Care Officer - Nights

Salary: £11.43 per hour. Plus £66.20 payment per sleep-in.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (Full time).
Location: Alan Shearer Residential Centre, Newcastle.
This role also attracts a Welcome Bonus of up to £350.
We have opportunities for experienced Residential Care Officers to join our outstanding care team. You will work across our specialist residential and short break service at the Alan Shearer Centre, supporting adults with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, autism and complex health needs.
We’re looking for people who can work with compassion and who have a passion to provide excellent person-centred care. As part of an established team, you will help to empower our residents to reach their personal potential in all aspects of life.
The successful candidate should hold, or be working towards, Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care; however, full training and support will be given.
