Temporary Assistant Chef

Salary: £19,432 per annum.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week.
Location: St Catherine’s Nursing Home, Newcastle.
We currently have an opportunity for an assistant Chef at our residential and nursing home in Newcastle.
You will take full responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Chef.
You must have a passion for food and a flexible approach to ensure our residents receive a balanced and nutritious diet suitable to their individual needs including specific dietary requirements for example dysphagia.
You should possess at least a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate, have an understanding of cooksafe, experience of working in a similar environment and experience of supervising staff.
