Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
Location: Holy Cross Nursing Home, Sunderland.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our Catholic Residential and Nursing Home for older people in Sunderland.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home, standards of nursing and general care. You will promote independence and choice throughout all aspects of the service, ensure compliance with National Minimum Standards, regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures. In addition you will be responsible for staff management and budget control.
You should possess appropriate qualifications and experience to manage the home. Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of the catholic ethos. An ability to drive and access to a car is essential.
