Members at our Hub@Parkhead day centre in Ashington have chosen one of their art workshops to express some of the key qualities which help them to achieve their daily goals and longer-term ambitions.
Using the theme of ‘I am and I can’, our members and the Hub staff team collaborated to produce a stunning poster featuring all the words they felt gave them a confidence boost.
“It was a great way to explore all the feelings and emotions our members draw on to give them confidence,” said Manager, Claire. “And it was great to see 
words like ‘playful’, ‘joyful’ and ‘happy’ in there so it’s not all work and no play for them to feel at their best.”
The expressive artwork now has pride of place on the noticeboard at the Hub, reminding everyone to believe in themselves and their incredible abilities.
