A massive thank you to the volunteers from Newcastle United Foundation who brought so much joy to residents living in our St Catherine’s nursing home in Newcastle.
Wearing festive outfits and beaming smiles, the volunteers spent time meeting and chatting to every single resident, hand-delivering personalised Christmas cards and handing out sweets.
“What a lovely thing to do,” said Nancy. “I feel quite spoilt!”
