Attention to detail was the order of the day to welcome a new young person to our children’s home in Darlington.
Whilst planning an introductory sleep over, our thoughtful team discovered Ed would be celebrating his 11th birthday soon after his stay and pulled out all the stops to help him celebrate.
“When Ed arrived, he was greeted with our usual warm welcome,” said Manager, Amy, “but we’d added some little extra-special touches for his birthday, too. Cards and presents were waiting for him and we even made lasagne and salad for tea knowing it was his favourite meal.”
Now that’s five-star service.
We hope you had a lovely birthday!
