For many young men, spending an evening listening to music, socialising and enjoying a night out with friends is a normal part of life. For Dan, who lives at our Alan Shearer Specialist Residential Home, it is no different.
A keen music fan who loves getting out and about, Dan recently enjoyed a memorable evening at Newcastle nightclub Digital, accompanied by Residential Care Officer Danny.
The pair headed into the city to attend a country music-themed event, where Dan was able to immerse himself in the atmosphere, enjoy the music and meet new people.
Manager Claire said: “Dan had a brilliant time. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and he was even invited to join a hen party that was there that night. He was absolutely buzzing when he got back.”
