A huge thank you to our amazing volunteer, Diane, who has raised a further £5,000 through her popular Fit for Charity classes, bringing her incredible fundraising total for St Cuthbert’s Care’s adult disability services to an outstanding £25,000.
To celebrate the latest donation, members from The Hub@Parkhead joined Diane for one of her classes before proudly helping to collect the cheque. They were accompanied by Nicola Milne, Marketing, Communications and Engagement Manager, who thanked Diane for her continued support.
Over the years, Diane’s fundraising has made a real difference to the lives of people who use our adult disability services. Her dedication, energy and commitment have helped provide opportunities, activities and experiences that support people to build confidence, develop skills, make friendships and enjoy new experiences.
Diane’s classes have become much more than a way to keep fit. They have created a community of people who come together to support a cause that is close to her heart and who continue to make a positive impact across our services.
Nicola said: “We are incredibly grateful to Diane and everyone who takes part in her Fit for Charity classes. Raising £25,000 is a remarkable achievement and reflects years of commitment, generosity and hard work. Diane’s support has made a genuine difference to the people who use our adult disability services, and we cannot thank her enough.”
