Regulars at our Parkhead Resource Centre are marking Beer Day in the only way possible – by sampling a few lager beers from near and far.
Our own Newcastle-brewed amber nectar stood proudly next to beers from Mexico and Ireland as our willing taste testers made their selection.
“The light beers and lager shandies were popular,” said Manager, Claire. “They reminded some of us of relaxing summer holidays – perfect to bring to mind before the long autumn nights set in.”
