Via a Zoom link from their home, our residents were able to chat with groups of nine-year old students in their classroom and take it in turns to test their descriptive skills and imagination to create a fictional story together.
With boxes of props to spur them on, the incredible story of a firework-loving bear in an orange hat and an artist visiting Buckingham Palace to curate a new artwork for the Queen soon began to unfold.
“It was great to see the generations working together to create a brand new story,” said our home’s Activities Co-ordinator, Zaeley. “Given time, we may be able to produce a new best-seller!”
