If you go down to the woods today …

A little patch of woodland in Ashington has gained a few more trees thanks to some of our regular guests from our Parkhead Resource Centre.

Jon, Matty and Brian visited the community woodland and dug deep to help the local Co-Op plant some trees.

“The boys loved every minute,” said Parkhead manager, Claire, “and they couldn’t wait to volunteer to help out with the next tree planting session next week.”

That sounds tree-mendous.
