Our Marketing Manager Nicola, certainly knows how to make our residents smile. This weekend she volunteered to be taxi driver and day trip organiser for tenants at our independent supported living service.
Linda, enjoyed a trip to Tynemouth, first stop was exploring the hidden gems in Tynemouth Market where a colourful fan caught Linda’s eye. And any trip to Tynemouth wouldn’t be complete without a stop off at Front Street to soak up the sun and enjoy a nice cold beverage.
And Carolyn, enjoyed a girly catch up strolling along the beach followed by tea at The Ships Cat in North Shields. Carolyn was very happy to be sat in the sun with her favourite tipple – a strawberry cider. “It’s fruit,so I’m sure it’s health.” Said Carolyn – we aren’t too sure that’s how it works Carolyn!
It’s strange that whenever Nicola is in charge of activities someone always has a drink in their hand.
“I often say I have the best job in the world,” said Nicola “and this weekend just proves it! I can’t wait to get started organising our next day trips”
