Our Alan Shearer Activity Centre is marking World Braille Day today with a series of fun, interactive activities.
Come along to learn the Braille alphabet, write your name in Braille or try your hand at our Braille matching game and interactive word search. As always, our friendly recreation assistants will be on hand to help.
Our Alan Shearer Activity Centre is free to use for members and their guests and our Braille activities will be running all day today until 5pm. It’s important that you ring ahead to book first, so give our recreation assistants a call to book your place on 0191 2678118.
