Parkhead does the Great Britain pottery throw down!
Guests at our Parkhead Day Centre in Ashington have turned their hands to pottery this week.
Our nimble-fingered guests had so much fun, earlier in the week, making their own creations, and today they finished off by painting their master pieces and adding the all-important finishing touches.
Parkhead, provides fun and practical activities for adults with learning disabilities, encouraging guests try new things and express their creative flair.
Claire, Manager at Parkhead, said, “We love getting guests involved with activities like this, and it went down a treat. They worked so hard, and can’t wait to take them home.”
