Residents in our St Catherine’s nursing home were well and truly entertained when a dance troupe from Dance City arrived with their latest show.
Boundless is made up of dancers aged 55 and over and they had toes tapping and jaws dropping with their incredible performance in the home’s spacious lounge.
“I can’t believe how energetic they are,” said Selma. “They had us all amazed at what they could do.”
Our own residents enjoy a much gentler pace for their exercise routines, but always thoroughly enjoy their regular visits by Dance City.
